What area do you serve?

We serve Chicago, and surrounding suburbs.

How far in advance should I place an order or booking?

For standard orders, we recommend placing them at least two weeks in advance. For bookings, one month or earlier is best. Last-minute orders for custom items or small balloon bouquets may still be possible—please allow up to a week for delivery.

Do you deliver and install at the event location?

Yes, we offer both deliver and installation at your event location.

Can you take the balloons down after the party?

Yes, we will do it, but there will be extra costs.

Can I pick up the balloons?

No, we currently offer delivery only for all balloon orders.

Can I call to discuss my order?

Absolutely! I use accessibility technology called VRS (Video Relay Service), which allows me to communicate with you over the phone through a live interpreter. You will speak to the interpreter, and I'll see them on a video screen so we can all talk together in real time. If it's your first time using this kind of service, no worries—it's easy and actually pretty cool! Don't be afraid to try it out.
